As Sr. Director, Corporate and Strategic Accounts, Rachelle Van Burkleo leads the Welch Allyn strategic teams in supporting key customers across the continuum of care.
Rachelle began her career at Welch Allyn in 1995 as a Medical School Representative, helping students acquire the tools that enable them to hone the skills that are fundamental to clinical practice. Over the past 17 years Rachelle has held a variety of sales and management positions including Sales Rep, Regional Sales Manager and Director of Ambulatory Care. In January 2013, Rachelle was promoted to Sr. Director, Corporate and Strategic Accounts and is responsible for leading the Corporate Accounts team, the Strategic Account Management team and the Solution Architect Team. Together, these teams are responsible for strategy, negotiation, implementation and management of Welch Allyn’s GPO and IDN contracted product portfolio, strategic relationships at key accounts and architecture of connected solutions across the continuum of care.
Rachelle is a graduate of The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing. She is a founding member of the The University of Texas 1883 Council which is a university-sponsored volunteer organization of up-and-coming alumni leaders. She and her husband, Ross, enjoy spending time at home in the Texas Hill Country and watching their son, Austin, play sports. The Van Burkleos are active in their community and enjoy finding opportunities to give back.
